KATHMANDU, Nov 18: The fourth round of meeting between top leaders of three major political parties is all set to begin at the Peace Ministry in the Singha Durbar premises on Thursday.
The leaders have reached the venue for the meeting.
The leaders earlier met at resorts for three rounds of ‘secret meeting’ to discuss the current political deadlock and peace process. During the last round of meeting, the parties had agreed to allow the caretaker government to present on full-fledged budget.
