BHAKTAPUR: Nepal Workers and Peasants Party (NWPS) chairman Narayan Man Bijukchhe said on Friday that there is no likelihood of the three major parties—UCPN-Maoist, Nepali Congress (NC) and CPN UML—reaching any consensus without India’s consent.
Speaking at a programme in Dyasi Bhaktapur, Bijukchhe claimed the top brass of the three parties have so far failed to forge consensus “for want of India’s instructions” to that end.
He also expressed his disbelief on the allegation that Nepali Maoists imparted military training to India’s Naxalites. Nepali Maoists are out of India’s “control”, he said, describing the allegation as its tactics to pile pressure on them.
