Caretaker govt cannot bring full budget: Bhattarai

RSS

BIRATNAGAR: Unified CPN-Maoist vice-chairman Baburam Bhattarai stressed on the need for bringing budget after the new government was formed saying the caretaker government does not have constitutional rights to bring full budget.

Talking to the media persons in Biratnagar Airport the new government should be formed within mid November and that government only should bring new budget as the present government has already resigned.

He said Nepali Congress and CPN-UML should move back from their stance for the formation of new government saying his party had withdrawn candidacy for prime ministerial post for peace and constitution writing.

He said the nation would have to face serious crisis if the political parties remained stiff on their stance and did not reach to consensus soon.
