KATHMANU: Newly elected Prime Minister Jhalanath Khanal held consultation with the top leaders of the UCPN-Maoist, the key supporter of the new government on Saturday.
PM-elect Jhalanath Khanal accompanied by senior party leaders reached out to the residence of UCPN-Maoist chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’at Nayabazar and held discussion on giving shape to the new cabinet at the earliest.
Present in the meeting were Maoist leaders Dev Gurung and Netra Bikram Chanda ‘Biplav’ among others. New PM Khanal is scheduled to take his oath of office and secrecy on Sunday.
