Five houses were gutted in fire in Tatopani-1 Kodari of Sindhupalchok district, near Nepal-China border, Friday morning.
The houses have been completely damaged in the fire that started from the house of local Khadga Bahadur Khadka at around 9.30 am due to the cooking gas leakage, according to the police.
A team of the police and local people with the help of fire brigade vehicles extinguished the fire at around 11.30 am. nepalnews.com
