A hearing on a case against former Crown Prince Paras Shah is taking place at Chitwan District Administration Office (DAO) Tuesday.
Rubel Chaudhary, the plaintiff in the case, is already in Chitwan for the hearing, while Shah is going this afternoon.
Chaudhary is a Bangladeshi citizen staying in Nepal. He is son-in-law of Nepali Congress (NC) leader Sujata Koirala.
Shah is charged of opening fire at Chaudhary at Tiger Tops resort inside Chitwan National Park (CNP) a few months ago.
The Chitwan DAO had asked Chaudhary to be present for the hearing.
