Paras Shah reaches Pokhara after release

CHITWAN, Dec 16: District Administration Office (DAO), Chitwan released former crown prince Paras Shah on bail late Thursday afternoon.

Shah was asked to pay Rs. 10,000 as bail amount and has to be present himself whenever his the investigating authority ask him to be.

“I have not nothing wrong,” he told reporters in a brief comment after he was released. He was expected to address a mass meeting of his supporters, but he didn’t fearing poor security.

He reached Pokhara in a Fishtail Air helicopter and is expected to return Kathmandu on Friday.

A helicopter of Fishtail Air is on standby to take him to Kathmandu.

Earlier on Thursday, police is filing the charge-sheet against Shah.

Police charged Shah on public offense and the Chief District Officer (CDO) gave his decision to release him on bail.
