CPN (UML) chairman Jhala Nath Khanal has hinted that high-level taskforce formed to settle the thorny issues concerning the new constitution might get another term.
Speaking to reporters at the UML parliamentary office in Singha Durbar Friday, Khanal said that the taskforce's term can be extended on the basis of political consensus. The meeting of the 27 parties on Sunday will take a decision on this, he informed.
The term of high-level taskforce headed by Maosit chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal, which has been extended twice, ends on Sunday.
The taskforce has so far resolved 100 out of the 210 tricky issues concerning the new constitution. nepalnews.com
