PM to resign today

KATHMANDU, Aug 14: Prime Minister Jhalanath Khanal is going to tender his resignation to President Dr Ram Baran Yadav Sunday evening.

“While giving concluding remarks to the party’s (UML) central committee meeting, the prime minister informed that he is going to tender his resignation to the president and he would address the parliament meeting on Monday,” the prime minister’s press advisor Surya Thapa told Republica.
