KATHMANDU: Manoj Goyal of Clean Energy Development Bank has been elected as the new president of Nepal Development Bankers’ Association (NDBA) in Kathmandu on Friday. He secured 44 votes against his rival’s 134 votes. The association has elected Rajaram Khadka of International DEvelopment Bank and Loknath Bhusal of Bhrikuti Development Bank as first and second vice-presidents in the 13 member executive committee.
KATHMANDU: DCBL Bank appointed Manoj Kumar Bhattarai as its managing director effective from July 17. Bhattarai has experience of working in NIDC for ten years and Nepal Life Insurance — where he was chief executive officer — for three years, according to the bank.
